Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the older age required where you live) and able to form a binding agreement. Keep your account secure; you're responsible for activity on it.

Atlas is built on trust. Do not post content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes others' rights or privacy, and do not impersonate others or share someone's location or photos without their consent. Do not misuse the service, attempt to access others' data, or interfere with its operation.

You can report content and block users in the app. Reported content is hidden pending review, and we aim to act on reports within 24 hours. We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display it to the audience you choose, solely to operate Atlas. You promise you have the right to post it.

Location features are optional. Be mindful of what you share and with whom; sharing where you are or have been can affect your safety. Do not use Atlas while driving.

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete Account). We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.

Atlas is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the past 12 months. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
